By the end of the day today there could be another hung jury in the Cara Rintala Murder Re-Trial. Rintala is accused of killing her wife Annamarie Cochrane in the state's first same sex marriage case. The first trial ended in a hung jury. The jury told the judge Friday that they were split 8 to 4. The judge gave them the weekend to figure out how they feel about things and she could declare another mistrial by the end of the day.
