A Chicopee woman under arrest after Springfield Police she videotaped her arrest on disorderly conduct charges.  Police say they were called to Chestnut Street for a disorderly report and arrested the 24 year old woman Karen Dziewit.  She pulled out her cell phone and began recording.  That's when illegal wiretapping was added to the list of charges.

Now, although it is legal to record a police officer - so long as he is in the line of duty, Massachusetts is a "two party consent" state.  That means all parties have to agree to the recording.  The ACLU has not commented yet.
