Rendition proceedings for a 74 year old man, already serving time for the death of his wife in Massachusetts.
Now Robert Honsch is charged with the murder of his 18 year old daughter Elisabeth in 1995.
Honsch was convicted last year for killing his wife Marcia.
Her body was found in Tolland State Park.
He is being held on one million dollars cash bail in connection with the death of his daughter.
New Britain Police say it was through the use of DNA that allowed them to finally identify the remains of the daughter.
