Springfield is putting the final touches on an its preparations for the American Hockey League All Star Game.
The game is set for Monday night but the Skills Competition is Sunday at the Mass Mutual Center.
The game itself is expected to be a sell out.
Springfield is marking the event with a light show across the street from the Mass Mutual Center.
The Spirit of Springfield, the same people who bring us Bright Nights have constructed a display at Court Square.
The display features two hockey players passing a puck across a huge Springfield Thunderbirds logo.
