State Senator Eric Lesser says he will keep working to convince state and federal lawmakers that high speed rail connecting Western Mass with Boston is the way to go.
The two year study is not a completed document.
The Senator says it leaves out important elements related to actual ridership numbers and environmental issues.
But the Senator says it is enough to continue the long road to fighting for the project.
He says he plans to make the case before the Biden Administration for the project this year.
