Rintala Jury Starts From Scratch

We saw some movement in the deliberations in the Cara Rintala Murder Trial Monday.

The judge in Cara Rintala's fourth murder trial dismissed three of the jurors- that includes one who was an alternate.

The judge would not say why specifically only that they had personal reasons.

He received a note from the jury that he reviewed Monday and then made the decision.

Legal Experts say in lengthy cases like this it is not all that unusual for at least one juror to leave--usually because of sickness or family issues- but three is odd. Rintala is on trial for the murder of her wife in 2010.
