In Hadley, police there tell us a 20-year-old man from Springfield is facing charges after a head on crash last night on Rocky Hill Road.
Police describe the injuries to the people in both cars as "life threatening"
Police are not releasing named but they do say that impairment, speed and cellphone use were contributing factors.
It is still under investigation.
