Good Morning. I am over my meltdown that resulted in having to be needlessly awakened out of a deep slumber. I like talking to my friends. Not when they opt to call me and ask me crazy questions. Now that I am somewhat rested I will tell you that yes I think Rebecca is too thin. But, that's just me.
I did not get to see the Springfield Mayor to ask this question. But, it appears that the City of Springfield has just created a pretty bad episode of The People's Court. So here is what happened. The Mayor is after it big time to clean up the Entertainment District. So after the latest round of violence this weekend, the Mayor issued a Cease and Desist order to Lux which was going to have a reduced coverage charge night for women. The mayor in his order insists that as part of the license, the bars may not discriminate and since the reduced cover is for women, that is a violation. Well, so here is the question, and it does not generally take a legal mind to figure this out, just a little business acumen. Hasn't the Mayor just basically told the business to go ahead and reduce the cover for everyone that night, drawing even more people to the structure? Just asking.
See where Elaine Pluta - the former Holyoke Mayor was honored last night for her service to the poor by the people at Providence Health. Very deserving.
Congrats to the UConn Women for another basketball championship. To celebrate the team took turns messing up his hair. That is a BIG deal. He put the ladies through four years of hell and the women got their revenge.
That will do it. We move on. Hump day means we are almost done with another week. See you in a bit.
