The family of a man shot and killed by Aaron Hernandez wants a judge to issue a summary judgment in their wrongful death lawsuit.
The family of Odin Lloyd says Hernandez is already proven liable for his death because of his first degree murder conviction.
Lloyd's mother is suing the former NFL star for an unspecified amount of money.
She claims his sudden death has left the family in financial trouble.
