Pats Make News Off The Field

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says the league stands by its decision on the "Deflategate" scandal and has moved on.

Goodell said yesterday he feels the situation doesn't make things awkward between him and the Patriots organization but understands why fans may be upset with him and the league.

The commissioner  is confirming that former President George H. W. Bush and Barbara Bush will take part in the opening coin toss at Super Bowl 51.

Goodell said despite recent health issues, the former President and First Lady are excited to attend.

And, the Patriots will meet the Raiders in Mexico next season.

The NFL will head south of the border for the second straight season.
