Comedian Bill Cosby is getting a defamation suit filed against him tossed.
Federal Judge Mark Mastroianni ruled in Springfield on Thursday that there wasn't adequate evidence that Cosby defamed Katherine McKee, who accused him of rape, when representatives for Cosby called her rape allegations defamatory in a "New York Daily News" story in 2014.
Cosby shared Mastroianni's order on his Twitter page. However, there are still a number of cases against the entertainer still pending.
