House Speaker Robert DeLeo says new revenue projections make it unlikely they will be able to rescind Governor Baker's budget cuts.
DeLeo says preliminary February revenues came in 117-million-dollars lower than originally projected.
He says that will make it much harder to undo the 98-million-dollars in spending cuts proposed by the governor.
Legislative leaders called Baker's cuts premature when he announced them last month.
