Tolls Back On Table In Connecticut

Some in the state legislature are  looking to revive discussions about adding tolls to Connecticut  highways.  Democratic leaders point to the billions of dollars in tolls  collected by neighboring states.

House Speaker Joe Aresimowicz says he  believes tolls are inevitable in the state, and that Connecticut  residents will accept it.

Republican leaders say that in the nearby  states where tolls are collected, property taxes are not collected on  cars as they are in Connecticut.
