President Trump's decision to pull the U.S. out of the landmark Paris climate accord is getting a mixed reaction in Congress.
GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan applauded the move and called the climate agreement a "raw deal for America."
Maine Republican Senator Susan Collins tweeted that she is disappointed by the President's move. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said the Paris agreement was part of former President Obama's "assault on domestic energy production and jobs."
Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said Trump's decision will go down as one of the worst policy moves of the 21st Century.
Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker says despite the decision the state will continue to meet the needs of the accord and exceed the standards for the good of the public.
