Governor Charlie Baker says the health care reform bill being offered by Senate Republicans would hit Massachusetts hard.
Baker says the bill would cost state government over eight-million-dollars through 2025.
He also says the measure would kick 264 thousand people off their health insurance coverage.
Baker has written to the state's congressional delegation on the issue, saying those who would be hurt the most are the lowest income residents.
