Chicopee Police are looking for a missing 17 year old who was last seen June 23rd in the Stonina Dr area.
He is JEAN CARLOS TORRES ORTIZ and is described as 5'8", 200lbs with short Afro style, black hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey t shirt, black shorts and black/red Jordan sneakers. His family is concerned for him.
