Governor Dan Malloy is holding a ceremony today to sign a bill that will allow a casino to be built in East Windsor.
The measure allows the tribal operators of the Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos to jointly open the facility.
The tribes are looking to offset a huge expected revenue drop at the existing casinos when MGM Resorts opens a facility in Springfield.
The bill signing is being held this morning in the Old Judiciary Room of the State Capitol.
