A former aide to Mitt Romney has announced her intentions to run for the U.S. Senate.
Beth Lindstrom served Romney when he was governor of Massachusetts.
She said in a video posting she's "all in" for the 2018 senate race."
The Republican says a more formal announcement will be made later.
Lindstrom calls herself an "independent-minded Republican" who would counter the finger pointing that's taking place in Washington.
Three other Republicans are seeking the GOP senate nomination to challenge Democrat Elizabeth Warren.
