Google Fighting Vermont In Sex Exploitation Case

A Vermont court is ordering Google to  comply with state search warrants issued in child sex exploitation  cases.

Attorney General T.J. Donovan says Google is refusing to provide  the data being sought because it is stored on overseas servers.

Donovan says the refusal to comply with lawfully issued search warrants  compromises law enforcement's ability to keep children safe.

Google is  appealing the order to the Vermont Supreme Court.
