Questions Now Have Answers In Western Mass

There were several ballot items of  note that went beyond positional races locally yesterday. 

Greenfield  voters said yes to adopting a local tax for recreational marijuana  sales, and said no to allowing adults 21 or older to purchase flavored  tobacco products. 

In Agawam, voters approved a ballot question affecting  how school committee members are replaced in the event of a member's  death or resignation. 

Westfield voters decided to keep the length of a  mayor's term at two years.
