A state trooper is suing top commanders for allegedly forcing him to falsify an arrest record to not embarrass a judge and his daughter.
"The Boston Globe" says Trooper Ryan Sceviour was ordered to alter an arrest report from last month of Alli Bibaud, the daughter of Dudley District Court Judge Timothy Bibaud.
Sceviour says she reeked of alcohol after crashing her car, and after being found with what was described as a heroin kit, she told him she performed sex acts on men to support her addiction.
She also said her dad is a judge and not to let him know about the incident. He says he was ordered to remove references to drugs and to her father in the report.
