The totals are in from the Christmas snowstorm of 2017.
The National Weather Service says the snowiest spots in Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties all got five to seven inches on Monday morning.
Springfield received four-and-a-half inches.
One significant auto accident was reported yesterday when a driver crashed into a home in Monson after reportedly losing control of her vehicle coming down a hill.
Following some snow, bitterly cold temperatures are up next.
WHYN Meteorologist Janna Brown says it won't get above freezing in Springfield for the rest of 2017, with forecasted lows this week in the single digits.
Accordingly, the city's department of health and human services is activating its cold weather emergency response network.
