Quiet In Boston--Different Story At Umass Amherst

Boston Police say city streets were  calm after the New England Patriots loss in the Super Bowl.

Police had  placed barricades around Kenmore Square in the event of a celebration.

Less than an hour after the game was over, police had dismantled the  barricades, and disappointed fans quietly headed home without incident.

Things were not all that quiet at UMass.  There were six people arrested after more than 2 thousand people hit the streets after the game.

Police say there were reports of fights and fire crackers that were set off.

More details are expected in court.
