A new report indicates that former Senate President Stan Rosenberg's husband may have had access to his state e-mail.
The Boston Globe cites unnamed sources in saying that Rosenberg's husband Bryon Hefner had access to his legislative account.
The report also indicates that Hefner tried to make decisions related to the state budget, and was involved in Senate affairs.
Rosenberg stepped down as president as an ethics panel investigates reports that Hefner sexually harassed people involved in state business.
