The man accused of stabbing a woman to death at the Winchester Public Library faces arraignment today.
Jeffrey Yao is accused of stabbing 22-year-old Deane Stryker and an elderly man in the library's reading room on Saturday.
Stryker was conscious as she was taken from the library on a stretcher, but she was later pronounced dead.
Yao is charged with murder and assault with intent to murder, and is being held without bail.
