Another nor'easter is moving in to Southern New England this morning.
It is the third one this month.
The National Weather Service is calling for a half-foot to a foot of snow in northern Connecticut and western Massachusetts through the evening hours.
Significant reductions in visibility are possible, and forecasters say travel will be difficult in the morning and afternoon commutes.
Schools are canceled and parking bans are in effect up and down the Pioneer Valley.
City Halls are closed throughout the region and the Governor has asked non-essential state employees to stay home.
