Police Busy Making Arrests For Hoax Threats

Wednesday was another busy day for law enforcement handling alleged threats at Pioneer Valley schools. 

The Springfield  Police Department says a 13-year-old Holyoke girl was arrested for  posting a bomb threat against South End Middle School, and a 15-year-old  girl from Springfield  was arrested for making a similar threat against Chestnut Middle  School. 

The 15-year-old is also accused of threatening Sullivan Middle  School in Holyoke. 

Also in Holyoke, a ninth grader was arrested for a  concerning Snapchat post telling students not to come into school on  Thursday, according to Holyoke Public Schools.
