The state legislature's session is complete, with several key bills failing to gain approval.
One of those bills was a wide ranging health care reform measure, and another would have addressed the state's school funding formula.
State lawmakers did approve a bill to address the opioid crisis, along with a wide ranging economic development bonding bill.
The Legislature did override most of the Governor's Vetoes to the tune of some 50 million dollars.
Lawmakers went past their midnight deadline by more than an hour to get the work finished for the session.
Now they enter informal sessions between now and the end of the year. That means that although lawmakers can pass bills, it must be done without opposition.
