FEMA Continues To Pay For Local Hurricane Victims

A federal judge in Massachusetts is once again ordering the Federal Emergency Management Agency to extend shelter benefits for hurricane evacuees from Puerto Rico.

U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Hillman has issued his third extension of FEMA's Temporary Shelter Assistance Program, this one lasting until the end of August.

Senator Elizabeth Warren applauded the move but says FEMA must find a long-term solution for the hurricane victims.

A hearing in Worcester is expected later this month.
