Montgomery Man Charged In Fatal Accident

A Hampden County man is being accused  of driving drunk and causing a fatal crash.

Joshua Hall of Montgomery  was arrested on Tuesday on a motor vehicle homicide charge and will be  arraigned in Northampton District Court on Wednesday, according to the  Northwestern District Attorney's office.

Hall reportedly crashed his  truck on Route 112 in Huntington on July 11th, resulting in the death of  his passenger, Miranda Carriveau, also of Montgomery.

Prosecutors say a  Massachusetts State Police investigation indicated Hall was driving  almost 90 miles per hour at the time of the crash.

So far there has been no comment from the city or state police yet.
