Enfield's assistant town attorney is on leave after a deadly stabbing happened outside his home.
Mark Cerrato is on paid administrative leave following the killing of 16-year-old Justin Brady.
The teen was stabbed to death on Hoover Lane, and a friend of Cerrato's son is charged with manslaughter.
Cerrato's vehicle was towed from the home yesterday as police continued to investigate the killing.
Officials aren't offering any reasons for the impounding of the car or why Cerrato is on leave.
