A California man is under indictment for allegedly threatening to shoot employees of the Boston Globe.
The Justice Department announced today that 68-year-old Robert Chain of Encino has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Boston.
He was charged last month by a criminal complaint.
Chain is accused of threatening to kill reporters.
He allegedly used President Trump's very same rhetoric by calling news reporters an "enemy of the people."
He's accused of making threatening phone calls to the Globe newsroom after the paper started a nationwide editorial response to Trump's attacks on the media.
