A Greenfield woman is pleading guilty to conspiracy to hide nearly half-a-million dollars from a bank.
The U.S. Justice Department says Marlene Borer, acting as her brother's bookkeeper, was asked by him to hold the money to avoid having Wells Fargo try to recover it for an outstanding loan.
Borer entered the plea in federal court in Springfield and officials say he faces up to five years in prison when she is sentenced in December.
