Indictments are being returned against a University of Massachusetts fraternity that allegedly allowed hazing activities.
The Northwestern District Attorney's office says the Theta Mu chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity is charged with two counts of procuring alcohol for a minor and two counts of hazing stemming from incidents that occurred in the fall of 2017.
A student was reportedly hospitalized for alcohol poisoning.
The national fraternity has suspended the UMass chapter following the indictments.
