White House Says No Changes In Healthcare For Now

There are distinctly different opinions when it comes to a weekend decision by a Texas Federal Judge which basically dismantles the Affordable Care Act.

A senior adviser at the White House predicts that Obamacare  will be struck down by the Supreme Court.

Stephen Miller made the  prediction on CBS' Face The Nation, noting that it will be the likeliest  outcome after a Texas judge ruled the Affordable Care Act  unconstitutional on Friday.

Many Democrats are calling for an appeal  and the ruling is likely to face several legal challenges.

Massachusetts Senator Liz Warren is one of them,.

She says that Republicans have proven that if they can't win at the ballot box they will try to get their way through the courts.

Most legal experts say that the decision is not likely to live much longer.

And, the White House says that there is no plan to stop what is currently on the books already.
