A police report indicates that there is video evidence against actor Kevin Spacey that led to his arrest in a Nantucket sex assault case.
Spacey is charged with indecent assault on a person over the age of 14 for allegedly groping an 18-year-old man in 2016.
Spacey will be arraigned January seventh in Nantucket District Court.
Neither Spacey nor his spokesman have commented.
