Pittsfield police are looking for some help. They are searching for two runaway teenagers. Fifteen-year-old Dylan Welch is described as white, five-feet-six inches tall, 110 pounds with brown eyes and dark hair. Sixteen-year-old Laura Ortiz is described as Hispanic, five-feet-six inches tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pittsfield police.
