Kraft Wants Jury Trial To Decide His Fate

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft wants a jury trial for his Florida prostitution case.

Court documents show Kraft waived his appearance at an arraignment later this week.

He previously pleaded not guilty to all charges which include paying for sex acts inside a Jupiter, Florida massage parlor twice on the weekend of the AFC Championship Game.

Kraft was previously offered a plea deal by prosecutors to have the charges dropped but he rejected it.

Meantime, the NFL says they will wait for the trial to conclude before it decides whether they will take action against him.
