New Housing numbers are out. More homes sold in Hampden County while the median price increases by less than 1 percent to 197 thousand dollars.
Agawam sold fewer houses year over year.
East Longmeadow numbers were up more than 55 percent.
Greenfield up 50 percent...While Holyoke saw fewer homes sold last month then in the same reporting period a year ago.
Springfield saw a 23 percent increase in sales.
