Prosecutors on Nantucket are dropping the sexual assault case against actor Kevin Spacey.
The decision was announced yesterday, with prosecutors saying the complaining witness was no longer available.
Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe says the decision came after a period of reflection by the accuser and his family.
The man was 18-years-old when he alleges that Spacey fondled him during a night of drinking at a Nantucket bar in 2016.
