An indictment has been issued against West Springfield man Volodymyr Zhukovskyy in connection to the fatal truck-versus-motorcycles crash in New Hampshire earlier this year.
Seven manslaughter and negligent homicide charges - one for each biker who died -- were announced by prosecutors yesterday.
Zhukovskyy was also indicted for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
He will be arraigned in court in New Hampshire on November 5th.
