Massachusetts taking Exxon Mobil to court for misleading people for decades over the link between fossil fuels and climate change.
The state attorney general filed the suit Thursday.
The energy giant is facing a similar suit in New York.
That suit claims Exxon scientists knew years ago that fossil fuels were hastening global warming while the company lied to investors.
Exxon denies the allegations.
