Governor Charlie Baker's emergency ban on medical marijuana vaping products will likely end next week.
A state judge ruled that the sales of marijuana vaping products will resume for medical patients unless the state Cannabis Control Commission objects.
The judge's ruling does not affect the governor's ban on recreational marijuana or nicotine vapes.
The judge has given the commission until November 12th to make a decision.
