The State Senate has approved on a 35-2 vote a far reaching Climate Change Bill.
Among other things, the bill will seek Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050...make electric buses and cars more available and give help to poor communities to make that happen.
Republicans say that the even democrats don't know or won't say what it will cost.
It will now go to the House.
