Prosecutors are dropping indecent assault charges against Springfield police officer Angel Berrios.
A woman reportedly complained about receiving inappropriate physical contact from Berrios after going to his auto body shop in Springfield for car repairs last August.
Berrios' attorney said the woman made up the story.
Berrios remained on the force while the case was ongoing.
