Is the Governor’s House One Budget for the next fiscal year already out of whack?
Lots of people on Beacon Hill trying to figure out the effects of the Covid 19 spread on state finances.
Among them is State Senator Michael Rodriguez who is the Senate Budget writer.
Rodriquez conceding that if the economy continues to fluctuate then the state finances could be impacted.
Only time will tell.
The Governor hasn't commented on the budget process yet.
