A member of the staff at Arbors Kids in East Longmeadow has tested positive for coronavirus.
The employee is not a teacher, but was present at the site in the last 14 days.
A letter to parents urges them to self-quarantine their families for two-weeks if they have used any of the East Longmeadow teachers for babysitting.
Parents have also been told the building is going to be professionally cleaned and disinfected.
