Obama Credits Massachusetts- Blasts Trump For Virus Response

Former President Obama says there's no "coherent national plan" in the battle against the coronavirus. The 44th president made the claim in a tweet yesterday, saying the country is still waiting for a strategy. Obama praised states including Massachusetts for coming up with plans of their own. This adds to the previous comments made about the virus by the former commander-in-chief. Obama tweeted earlier this month, "we can't deny that racial and socioeconomic factors are playing a role in who is being hit the hardest by the virus." Neither President Trump nor Governor Baker have commented.
