The sale of the popular White Hut restaurant in West Springfield has been finalized.
Investors Andy Yee and chairman and CEO of Peter Pan Bus Lines Peter Picknelly, who previously partnered to save the Student Prince Café and the Fort Dining Room, made the White Hut announcement yesterday.
Renovations to the building on Memorial Avenue are planned with a goal of finishing by July, and a food truck will open in the meantime.
That will open when the state provides its regulations for operations.
