Another lawsuit has been filed in connection to the deadly B-17 plane crash at Bradley Airport in Connecticut last year.
The suit is being brought on by the family of David Broderick against the Collings Foundation, which owned and operated the World War
Two bomber plane which crashed last October. Broderick was from West Springfield.
The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that Broderick was seated on the floor of the plane, despite a requirement to have passengers in a seat.
